Seasonal Shake Recipes

Protein shakes are a good source of protein if you need a quick meal replacement on the go.  Protein shakes aim to provide as much or more protein as normal foods with fewer calories.

  • Pumpkin Pie Shakeology

    Pumpkin Pie

    1 scoop Chocolate Protein
    1 cup rice, soy, almond, or low-fat milk (plain or vanilla)
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin, unsweetened
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    Blend with Ice (optional)

  • Chocolate Mint Shakeology

    Thin Mint Treat

    1 scoop Chocolate Protein
    1-1/2 cups cold water
    3 to 4 drops peppermint extract
    Blend with Ice

  • Holiday Eggnog

  • Fall Eggnog

    1 scoop Chocolate Protein
    1 cup low-fat eggnog
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
    Blend with Ice

  • Cranberry Orange Shakeology

  • Cranberry Orange Surprise

    1 scoop Berry Protein
    2 cups cold cranberry juice
    7 segments mandarin orange
    1/4 cup cold water
    Blend with Ice
    Optional: orange zest twist for garnish
